Where is my order?
We tryout best to ship out orders the next day,  if the order was placed before 2pm EST. All other orders will be shipped the following day.

Once we drop off your package, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track the package or track your order here.

International Customers

Please note customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes that maybe charged for international orders.

Where is my tracking number?
Tracking will be available 1-3 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours 3 days after your purschase.

Ammendments and Cancellations

If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

We try to ship out all orders the next day, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or add more items to your order.

Cancellations
    - You must contact us within 24 hours.
    - We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

My Item Arrived Damaged

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach out with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
